This home has GREAT VIEWS of the ski area from both the sunny living and dining rooms and from the master bedroom.

The living room, with interconnected dining room (seats 10), is extremely spacious; with huge ceilings, beautiful brick floors, original stained glass, antique Spanish doors and wooden beams throughout; 54 inch TV with PREMIUM CABLE; the perfect setting for fun evenings by the LARGE FIREPLACE...
(The user friendly fireplace lights up with gas and then burns logs)

In the LARGE LANDSCAPED YARD, fenced in for privacy, you will find the HOT TUB, outdoor furnishings and gas BBQ.
DECKS wrap the house in the front and back...and you can walk everywhere.
A large SAUNA and a POOL TABLE add to your vacation entertainment.

Garden level: 2 Master Bedrooms with King beds and ensuite bathrooms, 1 Room with 2 twin beds. Glass sunroom with pool table. Living, Dining, Kitchen, TV/DVD .

Lower level: 1 Bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)and bathroom. Den with Full size bed; Sauna, Office/extra living space, 2 TV's. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

The yard is a favorite for SMALLER WEDDINGS.

Sledding hill, Dog park, Playground a short walk away. Paved bike path, recreation center, skate board park, kayak park and tennis courts all in one location, one-half mile away. Breckenridge Golf Course is two miles away and the new indoor ice skating rink is in town.

Rental Policy

$15 Per Day Pet Fee

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
