The Aspen House is a beautifully decorated, newly constructed home just minutes from the world-class slopes of Breckenridge Resort. There are incredible views from every room and every window of this home. Spend a week relaxing, playing, shopping, sightseeing, eating, and indulging!

FREE skiing is included with the rental of this house. Guests enjoy the use of TWO Summit Foundation Passes that provide free skiing at all four Summit County ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and this year, Winter Park. They are completely transferable, so each member of your group can benefit from the FREE skiing. These passes also provide discounts on lessons, rentals, and food throughout the County.

*There is an ample kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. You can simmer the soup on the island, ceramic, cook top while enjoying the magnificent views from the kitchen windows.
*Floors in the main living area are either wood or tile. Bedrooms are either carpet or wood.
*Heat is radiant floor heat so even the bathroom tiles are warm to the feet.
*The attached garage is heated and provides plenty of storage for all your outdoor gear.
*There is a large screen TV with built-in, surround-sound system, outdoor speakers (on the hot tub deck), CD, and DVD.
*The fireplace is gas, so it is cozy yet easy to enjoy.
*All linens and towels provided, and even plush robes to slip into after a relaxing soak in the tub.

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
