The spacious floor plan includes 2 Guest bedrooms, a Master suite, Loft, Finished Basement, 1 full bath on each level (3 total), Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Room, large Great Room, Garage, and a huge deck with a hot tub.

Remodeled in October of 2005. This home has top-of-the-line furnishings, new furniture, lots of living space, unlimited Local and Long Distance, secluded and backs up to over 30,000 acres of National Forest. You¡¯ll feel like a guest in this Private Home rather than a tourist in a rental property.

Our luxurious Log Retreat is nestled in Aspens and Pines just far enough away from everything, yet only 1 mile from Breckenridge Lodge and Spa and less than a 5 minute drive to Downtown Breckenridge. Keystone, A-Basin, Copper and Vail are just a few of the world class resorts close by.

How about just sitting out on the deck and watching the deer walk by, or maybe you want to curl up with a good book next to one of the fireplaces. This Log Cabin in the woods has everything you need for a perfect Colorado Mountain Vacation.

You enter the home from the front door on level 1 and then walk through a large open entry way. Straight ahead, to your left is bedroom # 1 and bedroom # 2; each bedroom is fully furnished with bed, bedding, closet, dresser, TV, VCR or DVD, radio. Bedroom # 1 has 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom # 2 is the children¡¯s room. It has 3 beds, a bunk bed (twin and full) and 1 another Full bed (sleeps 4 kids or 3 adults).

To the right of the entry way is the Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Room, Great Room, and sliding glass door to deck.

The huge Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils, top of the line appliances, oak cabinets, and granite countertops with lots of counter space

The dining room is decorated with a country feel. The long southern dining room table seats 8 guests. The granite bar that is extended from the kitchen counter seats another 4 guests. This is the room for entertaining your guests or having a wonderful meal with your family and fiends.

The Great Room is fully furnished with high-end furniture, such as a sofa, love seat, leather chair, coffee and end tables. Sit in the sofa; listen to the Bose surround sound system and gaze up at flat screen TV mounted on the mantle of the 16-foot wood burning rock fireplace.

Up the stairs to level 2 is the loft/play room. The loft is a great play area for the kids. It has a couch, leather rocker, slate coffee table, media hutch, book case, TV, stereo, VCR, play station II, board games and books.

Next to the loft/play room is the cozy yet elegantly furnished Master Bedroom with attached sitting area. As you enter the Master Retreat look to your left at the Master Bathroom, equipped with a Jet Tub, his and her sinks, water closet and stand alone high pressure shower. Walk forward look to your right and you can't help but notice the wood furnishing, King Bed, Armoire, 2 night stands, TV and Bose Surround Sound and DVD/CD player. Now look to the left and see the cozy sitting area's furnishing elegant desk with internet access, full size sofa sleeper, love seat and leather chair.

The Basement has a full bath, sofa sleeper, twin bed, table and chairs. You can bring another family and they can enjoy the home with you and sleep down here.

Exterior: Our home away from home sits on 1 acre and has a Huge Wrap-around Deck, Hot Tub, Patio Furniture, Gas BBQ, Fire pit, Garage and onsite RV.

Rental Policies

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
