Featuring studio lofts, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and two bedroom + lofts condos, the Rockies offers a unit style to suit your needs. You can´t beat the value of the Rockies located near the base of the Steamboat Ski area across the street from the Steamboat Grand Hotel. Our studio rates are comparable to Hotels in Steamboat Springs Colorado area that are located further away from the slopes but not with the luxury of a living room, balcony and kitchen. We have a complimentary private Rockies condo shuttle to the slopes and we are in walking distance of Ski Time Square.

International Travelers love the self-catering apartments with fully-quipped Kitchen plus all the linens and towels that make them feel right at home without being in a cramped hotel room.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper level loft bedroom, which overlooks the living room. The approximate square footage these unit types is 520 s.f.

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Standard:
This unit is all on one level. It consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar for dining, bathroom, living room with cable TV and VCR, gas fireplace, and one bedroom. The approximate square footage of these unit types is 525 s.f.

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Large:
This unit is all on one level. It consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom, living room with cable TV and VCR, gas fireplace, one bedroom, and a dining area with table for four. With an approximate square footage of 760 s.f., this unit is considerably larger than the standard 1 bedroom.

1 Bedroom + Loft / 2 Bath:
This is a two level unit. The main level contains the kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom, living room with cable TV and VCR, gas fireplace, dining area with table for six, and one bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level containing the second bathroom and the loft bedroom, which overlooks the living room. The approximate square footage of these unit types is 1090 s.f.

2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Standard:

Rental Policies

Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount.

We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.






A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival.
