Located on the East Side of Hwy 101, in Rockaway Beach, Oregon, the Sand Box #1 is a brand new home with all new furnishings. Just a quick drive to the beach, less than 3 minutes, where you'll find miles and miles of sandy beaches to explore! This home is as cute as a button, with the main living level downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Efficiency design to optimize your family vacations and perfect for the couple on a honeymoon! Living room, kitchen, dining area and a bath with a large walk-in shower are all on the main floor. Kitchen is all set with everything you'll need to cook up your vacation-meal favorites! Or if you prefer, there are many good restaurants right in Rockaway! First bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. The other two bedrooms both have queen size beds. Hall bath for the three bedrooms to share includes a tub/shower combination. Laundry with new washer and dryer makes extended stays easy to accomplish! Located very close to Sand Box #2, these two homes are "twins" of each other and make it a great spot for two families vacationing together! Please note: Bring your cell phone with you to the home, as there is no landline telephone. TV in living room with a DVD player (no cable) so bring your favorite DVD's or rent one at the local movie rental store. Hot tub will be located in a private back yard and is available for guest use with an additional $30 Hot Tub FeeADDRESS: 8455 Hollyhock Ave, Rockway Beach, OR 97136. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Hwy 101 to Rockway Beach. Turn EAST onto Hollyhock near the South end of Town, near Twin Lake. Turn RIGHT onto ELDER AVENUE, which is a gravel road. TURN LEFT onto MARIGOLD, which is also a gravel road. Take the FIRST LEFT (unmarked gravel street) and then the NEXT RIGHT, which is HOLLYHOCK, but is unmarked. Arrive at the home on your right. It is YELLOW. LOCK BOX LOCATION: At the front door. DID YOU PAY THE ADDITIONAL HOT TUB FEE?
