These spacious 2000 square foot 3 bedroom townhouses are among the most beautiful accommodations in the Killington area and offer plenty of room for family and friends. Main level living spaces have vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling brick fireplaces. Most Colony Club units have a second living room and whirlpool tub making them ideal for family vacations. Each unit also has a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave oven. Most units have a washer and dryer. MAIN LEVEL: KITCHEN - Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, 4 slot toaster, and coffee maker. DINING AREA- Dining table with 8 chairs. LIVING AREA- Queen sleeper sofa, 24" TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, wood burning fireplace, small deck with 4 lawnchairs and charcoal grill. BEDROOM- Full bed. Bathroom- Shower only. UPPER LEVEL: BEDROOM- Queen bed. BEDROOM- 2 twin beds. Bathroom- Full bath. LOWER LEVEL- BEDROOM- 2 twin beds. Bathroom- Shower only. LOWER LEVEL LIVING AREA- Queen sleeper sofa, 24" TV, twin bed. Washer/Dryer.Upon leaving our parking lot, turn left. Continue up the Killington Road for 1 mile. Turn right onto Schoolhouse Road. The Colony Club Townhouses are 0.2 miles up Schoolhouse Road on the left. The first driveway serves buildings B & C (units 3 – 16). The second driveway serves buildings D, E & F (units 17 – 36).(In case of an emergency, #193 Schoolhouse Road, then the unit # you are staying in is the physical address when calling 911)
