Wander down to Leucadia where you will find quaint boutiques, mouth watering Mexican food, and local coffee houses, among many other places, all which are reminiscent to the classic beach city feel. Many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental….life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again. Perhaps one day you stroll down to the farmers market, or the seaside bazaar, North County’s only flea market. At night, you may enjoy Calypso café, a small restaurant serving up great food with local bands playing every night. Or maybe you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there since 1946, and has live music, pool tables, and no cover. This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach!The number of vehicles of overnight occupants is limited to the number of designated on-site parking spaces. This property's capacity is two vehicles designated as follows: two vehicles parked side by side in the driveway off-street. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OUTSIDE THE GATED AREA IS EVER ALLOWED. There will be a $1000 fee assessed if this number of vehicles is exceeded or your vehicle is parked outside the gate. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.
