Come enjoy the fully enclosed sun porch, family kitchen, warm livingroom fireplace, restful sleeping, quiet reading spots and long strolls on the beach. This newly constructed two-story home has the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom (Queen bed) and a bath. Up the stairs is a cozy reading spot on the landing. There are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. One guest room has a queen bed, while the other has two twin beds. This home is a wonderful spot for one or two couples or for a family. With an additional $50 pet cleaning fee, you may bring your well-behaved family dog to this vacation home, however the owner respctfully requests that your dog stay on the main level of the home or in the sun porch area and not go upstairs.From HWY 101, take exit to Pacific City. At the traffic light/four-way stop, turn LEFT (West). Cross over Bridge and turn RIGHT. Take the second entrance into KIWANDA SHORES on the left. Enter Gate Code 2080 and pass through gate. Turn RIGHT on DORY DRIVE. The home is located on the RIGHT at 34155 DORY DRIVE. Lock Box is located at the front door.***Please note: Please be sure to call for current Gate Code prior to your arrival.
