Property Details

Very spacious and sunny private home with cathedral ceiling and expansive windows for your mountain getaway. It has wonderful views of Mount Royal, thus the name Royal Vista. This is our largest home in Frisco. This tri-level home boasts five good sized bedrooms with comfortable furnishings. Each of the bedroom offers views of mountains or pine trees. The woodburning stove in comfy living room will be the popular gathering place at the end of day. Living room also has a TV and a stereo system that accepts iPod/MP3 players for your enjoyment. The master bedroom on second floor has a brand new Sterns & Fosters king bed. Large windows offer great views of Mount Royal. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the master bathroom. The third bedroom with a double bed is on the main floor, just off the kitchen. Fourth and fifth bedrooms are in basement - one with a captains bunk (double and twin) and the other with a bunk bed (two twins). A sofa sleeper is available in basement. Wireless Internet access througout the house. Large garage that can accommodate 2 cars, as well as street parking. Right around the corner, you will find a neighborhood tennis court. 2.5 blocks to shuttle and to Main Street.
