What a terrific family home this is! Situated on the Necanicum River, this waterfront home has fabulous views of the ocean, bay and river! Outdoors, enjoy a very large lot, where your dog can play and the family can enjoy so many activities! Plan a picnic, use the newly constructed stairs to access the beach and in the evening build a bon-fire in the fire pit and enjoy an old fashioned hot-dog and marshmallow roast and songs around the campfire! Step inside this charming beach home and you’ll find all the charm of yester-year thoughtfully blended with the comforts of today. The country kitchen is great for family meals and has a breakfast dining table. A separate dining room is adjacent to the kitchen for fun family meals. Relax on the leather sofa or easy chairs in front of the gas fireplace in the living room, where you’ll also enjoy the wonderful water views! Window seating is a great place to view wildlife, read a book or take an afternoon snooze. The living room opens up the family/sunroom, which sports a bank of windows to fully capture the views! Additional sleeping space provided in the family room with a futon. Master suite is also on this level, with new King mattress, ocean views and a quaint master bath. Upstairs are three guest bedrooms and a hall bath with a very charming claw-foot tub! Ocean view guest room has a new Queen mattress and a private deck. Second guest room also has ocean views and two double beds. Third guest room has two twin beds and a futon, which converts for additional sleeping. All this and just a two-minute drive to the heart of Seaside where you’ll enjoy fine or casual dining, art galleries, terrific shopping opportunities, the arcade, bumper cars and so much family fun!
