Only 1 mile to the beach, where you will enjoy miles of sand to explore. 7/10ths of a mile to Lake Lytle, where you can take your boat out for fishing or other family fun on the water. Living room has a wrap-around Lazy Boy sofa in front of a cozy wood stove to warm yourself during the winter. 50� Plasma TV in the living room for exceptional entertainment while not at the beach. Pottery Barn dining table with extra dining or serving counter with seating for 12. The Wireless Internet Access, 32� flat screen Computer/TV with printer and workstation make this a great location for daytime business meetings in a very quiet setting. Master bedroom has an exquisite four-poster log bed and a 48� Plasma TV. Hall bath with a tub-shower combination and heated slate tile floor. Guest room has a rustic log bunk bed with a twin above, full below and a pull out twin trundle bed. Enjoy the abundant scenery of deer and other wildlife in the back yard. Take in the peaceful sound of the stream while watching the forest scenery on the back deck. This home is very diverse and is suitable for small families, two couples, business meeting or a honeymoon getaway. Please Note: Children are to be supervised while in the back yard at all times, as the stream is located down a small ravine. Outbuildings located on the property are not for guest use and are not to be accessed. Full-time resident occupies the lower level of this duplex and quiet time hours must be adhered to.ADDRESS: 9615 NE 17th Avenue, Rockaway Beach, OR 97136. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 101 to the North end of Lake Lytle. Turn EAST onto NE 12th Avenue. Cross over the bridge at Lake Lytle. The street then becomes CHARLOTTE. Travel to the stop sign. Turn LEFT onto NE CARNEY. Within one block, the street becomes gravel. Continue North on the gravel road to NE 17th Ave. TURN RIGHT onto NE 17th AVE. Follow about 1 block to the end. The home is the last house on the street. LOCK BOX LOCATION: At the Front Door. UPON ENTERING the front door, walk down the hall to the stairs on the RIGHT. Go UP THE STAIRS to the interior door. The two bedroom duplex you rented is at the top of the stairs. This door does NOT require a key or a key code. PLEASE NOTE: In renting this home you agree to supervise children at all times, as the back yard has a creek down a small ravine and out buildings that are not to be accessed by guests.
