Newly remodelled, fully equiped beach house 1/2 block to the dunes and the beach at the North end of Seaside. Reminiscent of Brighton Beach in England or a little old fashioned Coney Island of years gone by.

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed with it's own private bathroom, with another guest room with a Queen bed, and a bunk bedrooms carpeted and private. Fold out sofa in the living room for the overflow crowd. A small kitchen which has a cook in mind with a new range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a small fenced yard accessible from the dining room and the garage which is dog fiendly. The beach is a great place for dog owners, with lots of dog society. Bring your bikes , as one block away the North end of the three mile prom begins. Bike, or walk to the hustle of town, but return to this quiet private retreat. Additional $50 pet cleaning fee applies and will be added to the booking when bringing your dog.ADDRESS: 251 13th Avenue, Seaside, OR 97138 DRIVING DIRECTIONS:Take Hwy 101 North to 13th Avenue. Go West on 13th. Travel Approximately 7.5 blocks to 251 13th Ave.
