The main level has a spacious living room with fireplace, an open dining room, a bright kitchen and a comfortable master suite with private bath. A roomy deck is located off the main level. The lower level is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The main room is a large family room with a wide screen TV and foosball. To the right is a small kitchen/laundry that opens to the exterior deck. A full bath is located adjacent to the kitchen with a tub/shower combination. Two bedrooms are located on the left side of the family area. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed. A large deck with screened porch opens off the lower level and provides stair access down to the waterfront where you will find a boat dock with deck on top, dock and another screened porch. A canoe is provided with this vacation property. The views are wonderful and the setting is peaceful! **June through August-Home is available only for weekly rentals**From Premier Properties Main Office, turn left onto HWY 74A. Follow east approx. 1.3 miles. Just past Lake’s Edge Shopping Village, turn LEFT onto Seton Road. Follow Seton Road up the hill and stay LEFT. Turn RIGHT onto Mark Twain Drive and stay to the LEFT. Sanctuary is the 4th drive on the RIGHT and is numbered 254. It is a downhill concrete drive.
