Whether you have stayed at this home in the past or are new visitor, it will quickly become a favorite vacation spot! Fabulous views from indoors and out, this 3-bedroom/3-bath home will accommodate 10 guests . The private back yard provides an oasis for deer and other wildlife as you watch eagles soar high above. The back yard also has a deck, which can be a perfect spot for you to watch your little ones play. The main level of the home is located on the 2nd story, with kitchen, dining, living room, expansive decks, a hall bedroom with a queen bed, hall bath with tub-shower combination and the master suite. The master suite has a king size bed, a bath with a tub-shower combination and a private deck access. On the lower level, the ground floor, is a very large rec room, complete with T.V. and a pool table! Down the hall you’ll find a bedroom with twin beds and a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Approximately 2800 square feet, the home is comfortably furnished and very clean. Bring your VCR movies for fun family movie time, as the home does not have cable T.V. Located very near to the beach access and only a block away from the Eagles Crest house! The two homes near each other are the perfect family reunion spot anytime of year! The beach access is so close to the house, too! A path-way leads to a high bluff beach access . If you prefer an easier access, there is one less than 5 minutes drive from the home. Just minutes to the North or South you'll find Pacific City or Neskowin, respectively, where you'll enjoy good food, art galleries, the Dory Fishing Fleet and other wonderful coastal treats! Your family dog is welcome at Sundown View, with an additional $50 additional pet-cleaning fee.ADDRESS: 42305 Sundown Way, Neskowin, OR 97149 (Cloverdale, OR 97112) DIRECTIONS: From Hwy 18, head North on Hwy 101 towards Neskowin. Travel about 6 miles past Neskowin. Pass the look out point. Turn LEFT on WINEMA ROAD (paved) go straight and the road becomes OTZEN WAY (gravel road). Follow the gravel road 1/2 mile. Turn LEFT on EBBTIDE, LEFT on SUNDOWN. The home is located on your left, up a drive way with an upward incline. LOCK BOX LOCATION: up the stairs and at the sliding glass door on the far North end of the deck. Reminder: Bring your VCR movies, as the home does not have cable TV
