Downstairs are three of the four bedrooms and two baths. Master suite with king bed and a sliding door to the patio. Master bath has a walk-in shower and a special luxury of a jetted, Japanese soaking tub. One guest room has a set of bunks and a slider to the patio. The third guest room has a queen bed and slider to the ocean side patio. Up on the third floor, is a den with private deck allowing for a very peaceful setting to watch the surf below. The den has a futon, which converts to a queen bed. The third floor family room has another futon for TV viewing and additional sleeping, a mini-kitchen for easy evening snacks. The family room also has room to use the queen blow-up airbed for additional sleeping. Adjacent to the family room is a fourth guest room with queen bed and a guest bath.
