Located North of Newport at Otter Rock, this beach house is a beautiful 2 story, close to the beach with great views of the surf and Yaquina Bay Lighthouse right from the living room! A surfer's paradise only steps from the beach at Otter Rock, adjacent to the Devil's Punchbowl State Park and 2 miles south of Depoe Bay. This 2 story beach house has a wonderful ocean view and pine furnishings. Children and pets will love the large, fenced in yard with raspberries and apples in season. There is even a backyard shower to wash off the sand. Just down the street is Mo's Famous Seafood and the award winning Flying Dutchman Winery, Oregon's only coastal winery. Barely a block away is yet another beach to watch seals sun themselves, surrounded by lovely marine gardens. Bring your family dog, additional $50 per cleaning fee applies.ADDRESS: 820 2nd Street Newport, OR 97365 DIRECTIONS: Driving South from Depoe Bay on HWY 101, go approximately four miles and turn right onto Otter Crest Loop. Turn West onto 1st St and to to C Avenue and turn right. One block up turn left, 1/2 block on your left you will see Applegate. A key box is at the house waiting for your arrival.
