This fabulous 4-story Townhouse is a 1-block walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk and has a great views of the Ocean and the lights of the Santa Cruz Wharf and Boardwalk. The Main floor has an elegant Living Room with TV, Gas Fireplace and opens onto an adjoing Dining Room. The spacious Dining Room seats 10 and has a crystal chandlier and there is a fully equipped kitchen next to it. There is also 1/2 bath next to the Living Room. Off of the LivingRoom is the small outdoor deck with a 4-person outdoor table and a Charcoal BBQ. This deck overlooks the ocean and Santa Cruz Wharf and has views of the rollercoaster! There are many ocean views in the home. On the next level: the 1st Bedroom is the Master bedroom with the ocean view and small deck and 1-Queen bed and a hidden TV. There is also a large Den with 1-Queen sofa sleeper with the ocean view and the Den also has a Gas Fireplace. This level has a full bath with shower. The garage on the first level, holds 2-cars and a 3rd car can be parked diagonally across the driveway to the Garage. There is 1-parking permit for inside the fenced in area around the townhouse for the 3rd parking place - located in the Living Room; on the desktop; in a basket; along with 2-house keys and a pool pass and 1-garage door opener. There is also an extensive activity book and Restaurant Book on this desktop. The complex, which is called the West Cliff Villas, has a large heated swimming pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. (Pool and hot tub area are open from April 1 to Nov 1st.) This is a spacious and elegant home. Complete with a washer and dryer are on the 1st level, right by the garage door at the front door. At 200 W CLIFF DR SANTA CRUZ CA, go past the tall white shingled townhouses and turn Right on Cowell St and then an immediate Right up to the gate and entrance code box. Punch in # #1954 (don’t forget to press the # sign first before the numbers) and the gate will open. Drive in to the 3rd unit on your right is #5. The replacement cost for either the pool key or the parking permits is $75 and the garage remote is $100. Please double check they are all back in the kitchen drawer before leaving. A third car can be parked in front of the garage as long as no part of the car is on the black asphalt part of the drive (We have found it only works if you park diagonally) Otherwise, use the 1-parking permit - only to be used inside the gates, not on the street and permit must be displayed on the dash. THERE ARE NO STREET PARKING PASSES FOR THIS HOME AND WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY FOR PARKING TICKETS THAT GUESTS GET FOR PARKING ON THE STREET! Pool opens at 800am and closes at 10:00pm every night from April 1- NOV 1. It is closed during the winter. Guests are required to put the trash from the trash cans in the garage. It only has 1 trash can and put the trash in the BIG DUMPSTER located to the left of the home, by the wrought iron black front car entrance gate. There are also light blue RECYCLE TRASH BINS at the same exit GATE (near- Bay Street-on the other side of the complex) There is 1 -parking permit for inside townhouse complex for the 4th parking place. These are located in the Living Room; on the desktop in a basket along with 2-house keys and a pool pass and 1-garage door opener. There is a $100 each fee for losing any of the items.
