Our Place At The Beach sleeps is a great one bedroom condo which sleeps 4 and is perfect for a vacation, honeymoon, romantic getaway or private retreat. Consider the many options available for your family reunion or business group with several one and two bedroom condos available at the property!UNIT NAME: WE- 402 Our Place At The Beach. UNIT ADDRESS: 5201 SW Hwy 101 Unit #402, Lincoln City, OR 97367. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 101 through Lincoln City. Pass through the traffic light at Hwy 101 and 52nd Street. Stay in the RIGHT LANE and veer right into the parking lot of Waters Edge. PARKING: You may park in any spot. Room for up to two vehicles. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Do NOT contact the on-site property management, as this unit is privately owned and managed solely by Oregon Beach Vacations. This facility is no longer a Condo-Hotel, but rather privately owned condos units. No BBQ allowed on the deck. BBQ is permitted in the adjacent City Park just below the unit. LOCK BOX LOCATION: At the front door.
