OUTSIDE TUSCAN FIREPLACE BEACH HOME: Sleeps 12+. Elegant home, marble entry, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. Pet Friendly, Hot Tub, 2-blocks to Beach, outdoor hot & cold private shower, and an amazing outdoor room with full fireplace (12' high decorated chimney) with several chairs & tables. Upstairs: The Master bedroom has 1-King & 1-Twin and the spacious Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd Bedroom with 1-Twin Trundle, and 1-Twin. 3rd Bedroom 1-Queen and there are 2-full baths are on this top level. Downstairs: The Library bedroom has a Twin Trundle bed that can be made into a King. The Front Parlor also has 1-Queen sofa bed with an Aero-bed inflatable mattress for extra comfort. There are 4-Queen areo beds, one of which is a double-stacked Queen, that can be placed in any room. Everyone usually gathers in the Great and Outside Tuscan Fireplace Rooms. At one end, the Great Room has a gourmet kitchen with granite-tiled counters connecting with the Family Room. The Family Room has glass doors to the outside Tuscan Fireplace Room with several tables & chairs to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. On the other side of the fireplace is the cozy triangle hot tub for 2 or 3 people at a time, and around the corner is the elegantly tiled and private hot & cold outdoor shower, with a long flexible extra shower head for getting the sand off both kids and pets. There is also a full laundry room off the Great Room.The lady of the house has a passion for painting pet portraits, several of which are on display in the home. Located just behind Lighthouse Field, a short 2-block walk across the field, gets you to the Lighthouse Point and a great area for surfing or watching surfing. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Wharf, is an easy 4+ block stroll to the left and the walk along West Cliff Drive is spectacular. There is also a pet friendly beach just to the left of the brick Surfer Museum, called It's Beach, that is ready for walks and fun for both pets & owners.From San Jose: 1) take Hwy 17 towards Santa Cruz, 2) Take Right fork onto CA-1 NORTH toward HALF MOON BAY/BOULDER CREEK - go 1.9 mi 1. Head southwest on CA-1 N toward River St 1.0 mi - 2 mins 2. Slight right at Mission St 0.9 mi - 3 mins 3. Turn left at Bay St 0.9 mi - 2 mins 4. Turn right at Lighthouse Ave 0.5 mi = 2 mins 5. Turn right at Pelton Ave 253 ft 6. Turn right at Phelan Ct 39 ft 7. Pull into driveway, can hold 3-cars, other cars may park on street, no permits required.
