While the home is not ADA Compliant, the main level is wheelchair accessible, including the kitchen, dining area, deck and master suite. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a private balcony, a bath and a quaint sitting area. Downstairs you'll find a large family room with two sleeper sofas, the 4th bedroom, hall bath, another family room with a high quality futon sofa sleeper, hot tub changing room, and a rec room, including a gas fireplace and pool table. Private beach access directly in front of the home. Make Shear Water your place to come and stay, relax and play! There is room for up to 5 vehicles at the home.South on HWY 101 through Lincoln City. Pass Salishan and Gleneden Beach. Turn RIGHT on WILLOW, directly across the HWY from Sentry Grocery Market. Turn LEFT on LINCOLN AVENUE. The home is located on the right at 3855 LINCOLN AVENUE. Lock Box at the front door. Room for up to 5 vehicles at the home. No towed trailers or RV's.
