The dinning area also overlooks the pool and park.
Kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher,oven/hob,microwave,fridge/freezer.
There is a full size washer & dryer located in the garage.

Rental Policy
Minimum stay 3 nights. Nightly rate subject to additional 13% florida taxes.

Minimum stay 3 nights. Cleaning charge if less than 5 nights of $85.00. Pool Heat additional $25 per night if required.
Deposit will be required of $200 to reserve dates. Balance due 30 days prior to vacation start date.
