Beautifully Single Storey villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One Twin Room has Mickey Mouse/Frozen Theme...great for kids. Recently painted interior and tiled flooring through living area and new carpets in all bedrooms.
1 King Room, 1 Queen and 2 Twin Rooms. All bathrooms have showers. Sleeps maximum of 10 people with sofa bed. Lovely living area overlooking the pool where you can lounge out in the glorious Florida Sunshine. Formal Dining Area and Breakfast nook. Fully equipped Kitchen and with separate Utility room with washer & dryer. TV's in 3 bedrooms. DVD player. WI FI. Games room with pool table and airball table & basket ball net. Bikes also available. Travel Cot and High Chair supplied.
SOLANA is a well presented GATED COMMUNITY which has is own clubhouse with large heated pool and Separate Spa. TIKKI BAR serving food and drinks, Volleyball Court, 18 hole crazy golf, Child's Play Area, Indoor Games Room, Full Size billiard/snooker Table, Fully Equipped Gym, Internet Room.

Rental Policy

Minimum stay 4 nights. Nightly rate subject to additional 13% FL taxes.

Arrival Times

Check in 4 pm. Check out 10 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay 4 nights. Cleaning charge if less than 7 nights of $85.00. Pool Heat additional $25 per night if required.
Deposit will be required of $300 to reserve dates. Balance due 60 days prior to vacation start date. Credit card details will be required to be taken prior to vacation in cases where damage/missing items during vacation.
