Property Description

On a brand new building, 1 min. walk to Bugrashov Beach. Luxury 75 m² air-conditioned suite, with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Sleep 6 **The building is with an elevator. **Private parking lot is reserved for our guests.

Capacity: Up to 6 guests can comfortably stay and sleep at the suite. (We have 2 bedrooms with queen size bed on each room and 1 living room with double bed Italian leather open sofa). Total size of the suites is 75m² + 8m² balcony (side sea view).

Amenities: The price you pay for the suite include Wi Fi Internet and private parking lot at our building.
Our building is brand new from March 2010, the suite is decorated in high standard (Leather Italian open sofa, Maple wood Queen size beds with Sealy Posturepedic Mattresses on the bedrooms and Cables on 32 inch LCD Toshiba TV). Washer, Dryer, Built in Oven, Ceramic stove 4 tops, Microwave and a Balcony furniture (side sea view). The price does not include use of electricity (Click Here for detailed explanation). No other extra fees.

Rental Policy

Discounts:
5% discount for closing a window between 2 rentals
5% discount on last minute rentals (2 weeks before)
5% discount for returning customers

Extras:
On rentals of 4 nights or less an extra charge of $60.
Jewish holidays rates are the same as high season.
