A very spacious and comfortable Studio rental Condo. Located in heart of Zona Romantica just a block from Los Muertos Beach. If you don't feel like going to the beach enjoy the condo’s private pool.

This condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, gas stove, and refrigerator. You can cook, entertain or make yourself a margarita! There is a King size bed (or it can be split into twins), TV with Cable, a DVD & CD player/radio. Wireless internet. This unit has ceiling fans and it also has Air Conditioning for the hot summer nights. Linens and towels are supplied and there is maid service six days a week. The building is very secure with iron security gates at the entrance.

Just outside the gate and you are in Heart of Old Town and the bustling Olas Altas Street. Enjoy the great restaurants and abundant night life in the area. Shop at the many little stores or venture into some of the spectacular Art Galleries and Silver Shops. During the day relax on the very popular Los Muertos Beach with it's colorful vendors that sell everything from A to Z. There are also many places along the beach to sign up for different types of activities: Jungle Canopy Tours, Sailing, Snorkeling, Horseback Riding, and City Bus Tours to name a few. Popular beach front restaurant/bars include the famous La Palapa. The Malecon and Centro are just a 5 minute walk away.
