there will be a one time fee of $50 dollars.
Payment can be made by cash or wire trasfer.
a $300 dollars damage will be required for weekly stays. to cancel you must notify us 30 days in advance in writing. to reserve we must receive a signed contract (which we will send you, along with the damage deposit) we can be contact at
