Our Vacation Rental is located a short walk, 150ft from the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea, where you can see picture postcard views of the sunsets. We are on the South West coast of Rincon where we have perfect beaches for children, snorkeling, collecting shells and sea glass or if you want to relax and enjoy the sun under a palm tree.

Brown room provides 2 full size beds, Blue and Peach room provide 3 full size beds, ALL ROOMS have a full size futon, air condition, ceiling fans, television, digi-box cable, wireless internet, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenette, and a FULL size bathroom, shower and hot water. The rentals rooms are brand new, private, very clean and very spacious. Come and enjoy one of our many beautiful sunsets that Rincon Puerto Rico has to offer, having a BBQ in our backyard, over looking The Caribbean Sea.

Reservation Policy:
Upon receit of a 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
You will be informed by telephone or email upon receiving your deposit
The Balance Due, will be due upon arrival.
Security Policy:
A full inspection of the room and its contents will be made by our staff at departure time.
Cancellations:
Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.
Cancellation of a groups reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit.
Early check-outs are Non-Refundable.
Cancellations made during holiday periods are Non-Refundable.

* A minimum 4 night reservation is required for the following holiday periods:
* Presidents' Week, Easter Week, and Christmas/New Year's thru 3 Kings Holiday.
* A minimum of 3 nights is required for all other holidays.
