Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rental by the week or month. $200 reservation deposit due at rental agreement. Reservation deposit converts to damage deposit on possession. $125 cleaning fee over and above the rental amount due with full payment. Damage deposit refundable 14 days after vacating. All monies due 30 days prior to possession. 30 day cancellation policy. High Season November 1-April 30.
