Ski In/Ski Out four-story/4000 sf. condominiums directly on the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly resort and only 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. Condos are rented out as 7 bed/4 bath or 14 bed/8 bath. The home is equipped with wireless internet throughout. The first floor is a 4-car garage and washer/dryer; second floor is three-bedroom, two-bath, game room with pool table and private hot tub; third & fourth floors is the four-bedroom + loft, two-bath, kitchen with private patio and gas bbq. There is also a community pool and hot tub in the HOA clubhouse - the pool is closed during the winter but the hot tub is open, pool & hot tub open all summer long. The pricing quoted on this site is for the 7 bed/4 bath side. Please inquire if you need the 14 bedroom combination.
The unit is also just a minute drive or shuttle to the Boulder Lodge also at Heavenly Ski Area. Free daily shuttles are available between unit and South Lake Tahoe & Casinos all day long. Beautiful area throughout the year.

Additional Area Information:
Reno/Tahoe International airport is approximately 1 1/4 hour from the condo. If you don't wish to drive, there is South Tahoe Express which offers bus service from the airport directly to downtown South Lake Tahoe where you can catch a cab up to the condo. There are also vans that will provide direct access to the unit. If you go to the Reno Airport website and to the transportation link, you can locate transportation that suits your needs.
There is a small grocery store just down the hill from the condo or you can call the delivery service to have items delivered directly to your front door! Aside from Stagecoach Lodge, there is also a great sports bar & pub down the street which serves excellent breakfasts and dinners, great beer on tap and several big screen t.v.'s for your sports entertainment. New York Pizza delivers to the condo.
Ski/Snowboarding equipment rental is at Stagecoach Lodge across the street or there are also several places in South Lake Tahoe & Reno which offer equipment from beginner to expert and equipment can be delivered to the condo - please inquire with owner. Lessons can be taken at Boulder Lodge and Heavenly Transportation will gladly drive you over to Boulder Lodge to take group or private lessons. Discounted lift tickets can be provided at the tenant's expense. Please inquire if you wish to purchase tickets.
Great hiking, biking, and camping in the summers and spectacular skiing in the winters. Edgewood Golf Course is ten minutes away. Several major hiking trails are directly across the street and accessible during the summer months. Gardnerville, Carson City, and Minden are about 20 minutes. The units are quiet and secluded at night. Ideal for vacationers and honeymooners, too!
All reservation cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. The cut off date is one day before the 30 day deadline. For example, if you are due to arrive 4/30 you must cancel on or before 3/29. ALL cancellations must be received via fax or US Mail. Phone calls and emails are not accepted means of cancellations.
Rental Policy
$750 security deposit required upon reservation; rent, tax and cleaning due 60 days in advance; deposit refunded after departure inspection
Arrival Times
Check in 3 p.m.; departure 11 a.m. No early arrivals or late departures during winter season
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
3 night minimum stay between December 15th to April 15th - NO exceptions to this requirement during the winter season.
