The villa is surrounded in the green of the Cilento national park with many
fruit of every season and it is found in a small medieval suburb (suburb
Criterions), constituted by a cluster of houses in stone around the ancient
church. Villa Rosa has been recently been restructured. It is provided with
every comfort and it is suitable for single families or for groups. In fact,
the complex is divided into 3 independent housing unities to satisfy any type
of situation (the villa can partially booked and have a discount that varies
according to the number of people).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
When you have decided to book your holiday the property owner will send you
the bank account information and you must deposit 30% of the total price
through bank or credit transfer. You will pay the remaining amount at your
arrival. You will be charged EUR 100 for the initial cleaning and every week
you will be given clean linens. Heating is charged separately, depending on how
much is used.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The payment has to be affettuato for the 30% medium banking credit transfer, the rest to deliver during the arrival to the villa. The payment of the cleaning of the villa is of 100 euro, while the payment of the heatings is not inclusive in the price but it varies in base to the consumption.
