Property Description

This new vacation home completed construction in January of 2009, is located 10 minutes from the Snowbasin Resort in Utah, a ski/snowboard resort known for its upscale facilities and being home of the Olympic Games 2002.

Property Details

The home sits on top of a hill with a view of both the lake and Snowbasin Mountain. No need to check conditions on the internet; just look out the window for  a view of the entire mountain, with an occasional moose, elk or deer wandering across the backyard. The home is adjacent to a wild refuge conservancy for snowshoeing and cross country skiing (no hunting!).
The home has 4 master bedrooms all with in suite bathrooms and queen size beds. There are two separate and equally grand relaxing areas complete with plasma televisions and real crackling fireplaces. A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and an 8 burner Viking stove for the cooks in your group.  The home is over 7,200 sq. ft., so there is plenty of room to easily accommodate 4 families.
For the kids there is a large yoga room, 600 sq. ft., with separate bath, for them to roll out their sleeping bags and have a slumber party while the parents enjoy some quiet time in the remainder  of the house. A four car garage will accommodate your vehicles and keep them warm and dry. A mud room with racks for your skis, snowboards and jackets is located just inside the garage entry door. A separate laundry room with frontloading washer and dryer is provided for  your convenience. Wireless internet throughout the home is free for your laptop.

Please contact us if you have any questions about rates, deposits, fees or if there are fewer than 8 in your party.

Reservations must be made a minimum of 21-14 days in advance.
Must provide at least 2 weeks cancellation notice to avoid cancellation fee.
$350 fee for cancellations with less than 2 weeks written notice

$200 Cleaning Fee.
