Property Details
Our home is equipped with hand/bath soaps and shampoo, basic cleaning supplies, dish washing, dish and laundry soap, fabric softener, coffee/hot chocolate/crystal light drink packets, liquid hand soaps, spices, cooking oils, foil, plastic wrap and microwave popcorn. The kitchen refrigerator is stocked with basic condiments of ketchup/mayonnaise and mustard and a "starter pack" of water bottles. There are also paper plates, paper towels, napkins and salt & pepper. The "home office" has basic supplies such as paper, pencils/pens/markers, a printer, flashlight, rubber bands, paper clips, scissors etc... There are kids/adults games/movies and books. There's also a basic "first aid" kit providing band aids, pain relief tablets, Neosporin, etc....
Rental Policy
Minimum Rental Age 25 - NO EXCEPTIONS!! Renters may be asked to provide proof of minimum age...

$200 Refundable Reservation/Security Deposit Required. 50% payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Peak season, minimum 7 day rental. Weekly rates include cleaning fee and 12.11% taxes!!
