This is a cozy cottage with 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, and 1 full bathroom with a tub and shower, the living room has a sleeper sofa, there is a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 season porch with an inviting breakfast nook. It is warmly furnished.

This cozy cottage we call "The Little House" is across the street from Pontoosuc Lake in the beautiful Berkshires. It is situated on a large yard with views of the Lake and surrounding mountains, and is very convenient to several restaurants, one which is across the street, you can have lunch or dinner over looking the Lake, or perhaps a cocktail on the deck during summer or fall to catch a glimpse of the beautiful mountain scape. Whether it is Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter the Berkshires is always beautiful and there is something for everyone.

The Little House is centrally located right off Route 7 on the Pittsfield side, just steps from Lanesboro, midway between Lenox and Tanglewood, and Williamstown and The Williamstown Theatre Festival. Each town is about 20 minutes in either direction. The Berkshire Mall is minutes away, along with food stores, restaurants, and many fun activities.

Winter in the Berkshires is one of the most beautiful places with snow covered trees and mountains. Come and enjoy the best of New England skiing with several ski areas within minutes of our charming Cottage. It is also a great time to spend afternoons exploring the quaint small towns of Williamstown, Lee, Lenox. There are many antique shops, art galleries, the Colonial Theater and the new Beacon Cinemas, and the Berkshire Museum all within walking distance of each other in Pittsfield, also there are many wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We book our cottage per week, although during foliage season and ski season we do rent weekends and we require a 2 night minimum. We will consider 3-4 week rentals at an agreed price.

****We are currently offering a weekend Fri.~ Mon. at $350.00 or mid-week Tues. ~ Thurs.at $300.00 This would be 3 nights for either weekend or mid-week. During ski season!
