One BEDROOM APARTMENT:

Each apartment is finished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and a range of home comforts to ensure a relaxing and refreshing stay. This highly desirable location is perfect for business travellers, with nearby transport links placing the City and the rest of the capital within easy reach.

The apartments are set in the heart of Theatreland, with the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, and a number of other West End theatres within easy walking distance. The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden Market and the London Transport Museum are also within easy reach.

Rental Policy

Any of our available apartments can be booked by completing the booking/reservation form on each page of the apartments or sending email to info.cityarrivalflats@googlemail.com: you’ll need to supply your full name, arrival & departure dates and a valid email address to contact you. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Arrival Times

Our office opening times: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 8:30pm

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment:
You will be asked to make a deposit payment of 50% from the total rent rate and £300 security deposit.

Security Deposit:
£300 security deposit is required. However, we will refund you back on your departure date.

Check-In & Check-Out Times:
Check-in is from 08:00 and check-out is by 02:00pm latest time on departure

Types of Payment Accepted:
We accept the following payment types: Bank Transfer, credit card and Telegraphic Transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation is required 5 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 4 and 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £200.
Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total stay.
