Property Description

Casa dei Lecci is immersed in the green hills of the Ascoli Piceno,its position allows its guests to reach the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic sea with 10 minutes but also to discover the the landscaps of the Appenines which are at only 40 km.

Property Details

Interior
From the main entrance you enter directly the living room divided into a sitting area and a dining area with fireplace. On this the floor, passing under an arch, you reach the equipped kitchen and the sitting room with TV. Also on the floor there is a bathroom with shower and a store room. The garden is accessible from the majority of the ground floor. From the main sitting room a wooden staircase leads up to the sleeping area, composed of 2 double bedrooms one of which with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and another bathroom with shower. The main bedroom also has access to a 30 sq mt terrace. It is possible to reach the first floor also via an external stone staircase. On the ground floor there is also the laundry room.

Park
The park develops for about 6.000 sq mt most of it cultivated with olive, apple, pear and hazelnut trees. The lawn, which is about 2.000 sq mt surrounds the house and the pool. The garden is caracterized by a 50 sq mt stone and wood gazebo furnished with table and chairs. There is also a stone barbecue at disposal.

Swimming Pool
The pool measures 10 x 5 m with a variable depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m. Access is via a "roman" staircase, the area is surrounded by lawn and distances about 10 metres from the house. It is furnished with sun beds and external shower. There is also an area for complete relaxation caracterized by a circular fauntain. The pool is at guests disposal from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October

Rental Policy

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.


BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:

In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.

Arrival Times

Change over day Saturday. Check in between 16.00 and 19.00
