The house is on three levels. From the main entrance which can be found on the first floor, there is a wide open space area subdivided in living room, dining room and kitchen corner. On this level there are also five double bedrooms with five en suite bathrooms with showers. From the living room via a spiral staircase is accessible the second floor composed by a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor with independent access there is a wide living area with open fireplace and a dining area with a large fabulous wood table for 30 persons. Also on this floor there is an industrial kitchen and a service bathroom.
The villa is completely immersed in the beautiful aretina countryside, inside the winery grounds of Vitereta. In the old courtyard, neighboring the winery, can be found a beautiful garden cultivated by lawn and enriched with secular trees which creates wide cool, shaded areas. Each levels of the house is provided with large porches which are the ideal places for relaxing outside diners.
The swimming pool is situated 20 m from the house. Open from the last Saturday of April to first Saturday of October the rectangular shape swimming pool with a Roman staircase measures 6 x12 m with a depth of 1,50 m. Near to the pool there is a little annex with changing room, shower and service bathroom. The pool area is equipped with chairs, tables, sun beds and umbrellas.
Rental Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted with a charge of credit card.

Saturday changeover day, check in between 16:00 - 19:00 Check out: before 10:00am

Services Included: water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, swimming pool and garden maintenance
Services not included, obligatory costs: extra cleaning when animals are present ( 30,00 per animal per week)
Services on request: extra cleaning ( 15,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen ( 10,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), electricity ( 20,00 per day) firewood ( 15,00/100 Kg), internet key ( 35,00)
