Available from August 2011 thru Winter of 2012 or later depending on rental agreement and owners approval. Dates can be flexible. In the event rental request during summer months, rates are negotible.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Minimum stay of one month. Maximum stay indefinite. Long term rental can be negotiated. A 300 dollar security deposit (refundable) and a 150 dollar cleaning deposit is required.
