Built in 2006, it features numerous upgrades such as a private swimming pool and granite counter tops. The house is fully furnished with a full range of kitchen appliances and linens, a pool table, 52" and 46" big-screen high-definition satellite TVs, a double-bay boat dock (no lifts), an outside fire pit for grilling and much more. The main level is 2500 sq ft of living area and consist of five bedrooms and 11 beds. The downstairs game room is an additional 2000 sq ft. The house sits on 2+ acres and has an upper and lower deck with patio tables and chairs. It is located in deep water directly across from Paleface Park (aka Pace Bend Park). The private pool is a must!

Families only, no college students

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Add 13% tax & $200 cleaning fee.
Add $250 refundable security deposit

Three day minimum
50% of the total fee reserves the house, remainder due 14 days prior to check-in.
50% refund of the reservation fee if cancelled 2 or more weeks prior to check-in.
