On the ground floor, a large hall with fireplace and satellite TV, dining room, twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower suitable for the disabled, a reading room which has a splendid view of the outside, a sitting/dining room with a table for 12 people and a modern well equipped kitchen. First floor: the beautiful wrought iron staircase with terracotta steps leads you to the gallery with a skylight area. This area has access to the five bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms which are made up as follows: suite with a canopy bed and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, double bedroom which has direct access to the outside staircase and bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with queen size beds and bathroom with bath.

Park
Approximately 1 heactre of land, where there is a swimming pool area, where you can enjoy unforgettable relaxing moments, rocked by the wind and enjoy the marvelous views on the skyline of San Casciano dei Bagni.

Swimming Pool
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The irregular shaped swimming pool is equipped with jacuzzi, a gazebo and furnishings, measures 6 x 12 m and is 1,40 m depth.

Rental Policy

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.


BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:

In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.

Arrival Times

Change over Saturday. Check in between 16.00 - 19.00

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

daily cleaning from 09:00 to 12:00 am in high season and twice a week (on Tuesday and Thursday) in low and medium season excluding Sundays and public holidays
