Property Description

It is a very recent restructured typical country house of 1700 made of stone and bricks. Located in a very quiet area at approximately 1 km from the centre of Città della Pieve. The surroundings of the house are of breathtaking landscapes.

Property Details

Interior
The villa is composed of three floors. From the main entrance you enter the ground floor, immediately on your right side there is the living room composed of sitting room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and service bathroom. From the living room there is the access door to one of the 3 sleeping areas of the house. This sleeping area has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with en suite bathroom with shower, on the left side of the entrance door you find two staircases, one that leads you to the first floor, from which you reach a sitting room with fireplace, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Continuing the staircase you reach the second floor, composed of two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and one with private bathroom. The second staircase leads you to the basement composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a TV and reading corner with fireplace. From here you have direct access to the garden area through a French door.

Park
The villa is surrounded by a garden of 20.000 square meters completely fenced. The garden is embellished with olive trees, fruit trees, elms, oaks and different types of flowers and brooms. Outside the kitchen there is an area with gazebo, tables and chairs and a built in barbeque.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from the last saturday of April until the first saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden at 50 meters from the villa. The rectangular measures 12 x 6 m, with a depth of 1, 70 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement. The solarium area is equipped with sun beds, sun chairs, tables and parasols. Close to the pool there is a wooden gazebo for those who look for shadow. Also available a service shower with cold water.

Rental Policy

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.


BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:

In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.

Change over Saturday- Check in 16.00 -19.00
