Interior
The external stone staircase takes you directly to the first (and only) floor of the property. From the entrance there is direct access to the large living room with dining room and an additional living room, with comfortable sofa’s, satellite TV and a large fireplace. On the left there is a well equipped kitchen. In front of the main entrance there is the double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, whilst on the right there is the remaining of the night area, with 2 twin rooms and bathroom with bath tub and the laundry room.
Park
The park surrounds the house, and is in part cultivated with lawn. The park extends to about 1500 m˛. There is also on site parking.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is rectangular and measures 5 x 10 m, its depth varies from 1,25 to 1,50 m. It is surrounded in lawn, plants and umbrellas which provide a pleasant shaded area by the pool, and external showers. The pool is at guests disposal from the last saturday of April till the first saturday of October.
Rental Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:
In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
Arrival Times
Change over Saturday. Check in between 16.00 - 19.00
