Interior
The ground floor: a large living area is composed by a living room with a dining table for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room with comfortable sofas, reading room with fireplace, magazines and books in various languages, TV and video recorder, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower and sauna, laundry room with dryer. First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. In the swimming pool area there is another bathroom with shower.

Park
Il Miraggio is immersed in a park of approximately one hectare, which is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate. A luxuriant vegetation of olive trees and fruit trees is dominating this splendid location.

Swimming Pool
Open from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October. The swimming pool has an irregular form, infinity system, water is purified with salt, and measures approximately 70 sqm. Furthermore, there is a small children pool and dressing room with half bath.

Rental Policy

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.


BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:

In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.

Arrival Times

Change over Saturday. Check in between 16.00 - 19.00
