The villa is on two floors. Ground floor; living room and dining room, kitchen and billiard room, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access into the garden. An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor made up of; two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Rental Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:
In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
Arrival Times
Rental changeover date is saturday, check in between 16:00 - 19:00
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
SERVICE INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for coking purposes, weekly linen, initial and final clearing and pool and park maintenance;
SERVICE NOT INCLUDED, OBLIGATORY: extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00/week per animal);
SERVICE ON REQUEST: extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (based on up to date market prices), wood (€ 15,00/100 kg).
