Property Description

Villa Diletta is a property from ‘600 totally restructured, it is circulated by a beautiful garden of 3500 sqm. Its strategic position makes it possible to reach many well known historical centers of Umbria as well as Tuscany.

Property Details

Interior
The house is on two floors. From the main entrance we have access to a small entrance . On the right side of the entrance there is the dining room from which you can reach the well equipped kitchen. From left side of the entrance we have access to the living room divided in two area with open fireplace. The billiard room is reachable via the living room, from which on the right is the night area composed of a double room and an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. On this floor there are also two service bathrooms. The first floor is accessible via a staircase and it is made up from salon furnished a wide screen television and home theatre system, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub) and a suite composed by a double bedroom with open fireplace, bathroom with bathtub and study with direct access to the terrace.

Park
The 3500 sqm garden is fully fenced and it is enriched with ornamental trees and lawn. In the inner park there is a beautiful wrought iron gazebo furnished with table, chairs and mobile barbeque ideal place for dinners “al fresco”. The panoramic pool area is reachable via a few steps.

Swimming Pool
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October the swimming pool measures 15 m x 6 m with a maximum depth of 2,5 m. The pool area is furnished with sun beds, comfortable sofas, arm chairs and rocking chair. The pool distances about 20 m from the house and is reachable via a few steps.

Rental Policy

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.


BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:

In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.

Arrival Times

Change over saturday. Check in between 16.00 to 19.00
