From the main entrance, on the right there is the dining room with a spacious dining table, fireplace, and a large living room with a comfortable sofas, a service bathroom, storeroom and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is connected to two outside verandas equipped with table, chairs and a built in traditional wood oven. An internal stone staircase connects the downstairs (day-time area) to the upstairs (sleeping area). On the second floor there is a single queen sized bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, one with an additional bed and one that has dividable beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower; there are also an additional 2 bathrooms: one with shower and one with bath tub. This floor is is completed by a wooden mezzanine that is accessible from the kitchen (ground floor), which contains the room dedicated for ironing. The properties finishing's equally beautiful, wooden beams, “terracotta” flooring, and complementary furniture which fits in splendidly with the local town. All the rooms are well furnished and equipped; the furniture is mainly in antique wooden furniture, which ensures you can take in the traditional countryside atmosphere.
DEPENDANCE: The enchanting dependence is located at 50 meters from the main house and has a separate independant entrance. It is furnished in the same style and offers privacy and peacefulness. It also has a terrace immersed in the forest. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with a French size sofa bed and the dining area with direct access to the external terrace furnished with table, chairs and hydro massage pool. From the dining area, via a spiral staircase, you reach the mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Rental Policy
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00.
- 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY:
In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
Arrival Times
Rental changeover date is Saturday, check in between 16:00 - 19:00
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Services included: electricity, water, gas for cooking, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, wood, park and pool maintenance
Services not included, obligatory costs: extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 50,00 per week per animal)
Services on request: extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (based on consumption, up to date market prices), laundry service (€ 15,00/hour)
