The ideal place for your holiday! My villa is situated on the US27, comprising 2 Master Suites & 2 twin rooms, heated pool & spa, Games Room, WI-FI Internet & much more. Centrally located for Disney World, all other attractions & restaurants.

DESCRIPTION
My luxury fully air-conditioned villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community on the US27, one mile north from the US192.

The journey to Disney World is approximately 15 minutes, with all other attractions within easy reach.

Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away.

Numerous restaurants, shops (including a Walmart Supercenter) and golf courses are nearby!

The pool and spa are south facing so you have the benefit of the wonderful Florida sun shining on the pool area from morning to early evening. The pool is 12' x 24' and can be used at anytime of the day or night; at night the pool can be lit with colour changing fibre optic lights. There is a built in spa which is operated by remote control and has the added bonus of additional air therapy jets. The pool may be heated for an additional charge.

There is also the covered lanai / patio complete with a patio table and six chairs; perfect for breakfast or evenings, as well as a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun. Sun loungers are also provided.

My home also boasts a fully air-conditioned games room comprising 8 ft pool table, 8ft air hockey table and electronic dartboard. There is also a secure WI-FI Internet network available for your use free of charge, simply bring your laptop.

AMENITIES
Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bath tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom.

The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar.

Cable TV is available in the living / family room and all of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console, DVD player, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use.

A cot, high chair, 2 strollers and bed guard, if required, are provided at no extra charge.

A gas Barbecue Grill is provided at no extra cost to you.

A safe is installed to store your valuables.

Sunrise Lakes also has a children's play area and communal pool.

RENTAL RATES
Rates are inclusive of all taxes.

A deposit of £150 ($240) will secure your booking.

The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away full payment is required to secure your dates.

A cleaning charge of £50 ($85) will be made for bookings of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating is available for £87.50 ($140) per week.
