$500 per night 2-night minimum; $250 refundable security deposit. Rates include local, state, and federal taxes. Upon rental agreement a 50% deposit is required. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order. Balance due upon arrival. Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to visit to receive a 75% refund on deposit
