This home is one of the best values in all of Cabo in terms of luxury experience for the price. While all of Pedregal is special, the location of this home offers the advantages of close proximity to town but is shielded from the sounds of the nightclubs when you are ready to sleep.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3000 square feet of living space and 1800 square feet of outdoor terraces and yard. The second floor living area has ocean views. The large rooftop patio has a bar and expansive views of the ocean and neighboring areas of Pedregal. One of the bedrooms and bath is detached from the main house in an adjacent "casita". This property features a private swimming pool and a secluded jacuzzi on separate levels of the home.

A full kitchen (completely remodeled in 2008) and BBQ give you the option to stay home for meals if you desire. For your dining variety, there are tables and chairs at all three outdoor patio areas.
