The price includes all applicable fees, utilities, towels and linens. In addition to the price there is a one time cleaning fee of $125.00. Guest shall pay for anything over $125.00 per month for each gas and electric (for monthly or longer stays). We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We allow pets on a case by case basis. We have a pet deposit of $500.00 of which $250.00 is refundable assuming there are no damages to the property. Maid service is not included, although it is available at this property at the request of the renter for an additional fee.
