Because of our unique oceanside location (we are the ONLY condo in Kona not located on bustling Alii Drive) you can enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of Kailua Bay rather than the noise and traffic on Alii Drive.
Why stay on noisy Alii Drive (where all the other condos are located) and have to walk over a mile past traffic to get to our beautiful little seaside village, when you can stay in our peaceful little home and stroll along the ocean into town?

Well, we have been back in the mainland now for a week and a half. I
just have to tell you how much we absolutely loved your condo and its
location. You were right. After having been to all the islands, we have
fallen in love with Kona and the Big Island.
I cannot believe that all I had to do was to google tideldave and I found your wonderful home page website with the most amazing pictures and the fabulous discounts/free nights.
We swam in the lagoon next door every morning. What a fabulous location. I can see why you fell
in love with the place when you found it.
