This executive home is great value. For the price of a hotel room you can get the whole house and pool to yourself. The home is perfect to accommodate 8 to 10 guests.

The villa has fantastic family accommodation: there are two master bedrooms with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom, making this home perfect for two families to share on vacation.

It is fully air-conditioned, have a lounge and dining area, Digital cable TV (4 in total), DVD, iPod docking station,a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine,tumble dryer,iron and ironing board, linens and towels, hairdyers, free local and national telephone calls board games, books and much much more amenities.

Highgate Park is a new, prestigious gated community located on Highway 27 just off Highway 192, approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. Rental Policy

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair is provided.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day and/or 161 per week. A minimum of 5 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.

Arrival Times

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
